ZEN BEAUTY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support customer communications and marketing activities, including engaging via WhatsApp, and assisting with livestream and promotional campaigns.

The role involves responding to enquiries, helping with bookings and sales, coordinating with teams, and maintaining records. Occasional overtime may be required for livestream events and campaigns.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, telesales or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with WhatsApp and handling multiple conversations.
Able to respond quickly and professionally to inquiries.
Comfortable supporting livestreams and online marketing activities.
Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
Good computer literacy and basic administrative skills.
Willing to work overtime for livestreams.
Experience in beauty, retail, e-commerce or livestream operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Respond to and manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Provide prompt, friendly and professional customer service.
Assist customers with enquiries on services, promotions, appointments and general information.
Follow up with customers and assist in converting enquiries into bookings or sales where appropriate.
Support the marketing team during livestream sessions, including replying to customer messages in real time.
Assist with promotional campaigns, marketing activities and other customer engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure customer enquiries are properly followed up.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and appointments.
Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
