Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking multiple customer service engineers to be assigned to customer sites to provide MRO support in Singapore. This 12-month contract may renew based on performance.

Responsibilities include installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment; diagnosing hardware and process issues; supporting uptime; collaborating with engineering on technical problems; and ensuring safety, quality, and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, or related industries.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Non experienced hire welcome.

Our client is one of the leader in the semicon industry, they are seeking for multiple customer service engineer to be assigned to customer site to provide MRO support.

Contract: 12 Months (renewable/convertible based on performance & business needs)
Salary: $3,500 - $5500 (based on qualifications and relevant experience)

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.

• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.

• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

We welcome candidates with any of the following backgrounds:

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.

• Maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or field service experience from manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, precision engineering, or related industries.

• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.

• Non experienced hire are welcome

• Strong hands‑on mechanical, electrical, or equipment maintenance experience.
