Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to be assigned to customer sites in Singapore to provide MRO support. Working hours are 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday, with a 12-month renewable contract.

The role involves hands-on maintenance, installation, and rapid troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment to maximize uptime and performance. Candidates with semiconductor field service experience are preferred; non-experienced hires are welcome and will receive on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, or related industries.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• On-the-job training provided for non-experienced hires.

Our client is one of the leader in the semicon industry, they are seeking for multiple customer service engineer to be assigned to customer site to provide MRO support.

Working Hours: 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday

Contract: 12 Months (renewable/convertible based on performance & business needs)

Salary: $3,500 - $5500 (based on qualifications and relevant experience)

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
• Maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or field service experience from manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, precision engineering, or related industries.
• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Non experienced hire are welcome - On the job training will be provided.
