Job summary

Our client, a leader in the semiconductor industry, is seeking multiple customer service engineers to be assigned to customer sites to provide MRO support. You will perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, diagnose and resolve hardware and process issues, and support customers to maximize uptime while collaborating with engineering on technical issues.

The role requires willingness to work in a cleanroom, good communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
• Maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or field service experience from manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, or related industries.
• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Non experienced hire are welcome

• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

We welcome candidates with any of the following backgrounds:

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
• Maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or field service experience from manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, precision engineering, or related industries.
• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Non experienced hire are welcome

Preferred Skills

• Strong hands-on mechanical, electrical, or equipment maintenance experience.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
