Job summary

CE-Test & Measurement (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Support professional in Singapore to handle customer inquiries, coordinate pricing with suppliers, and prepare sales quotations. You will follow up on orders and ensure timely deliveries, while maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication.

In this role, you will support product and marketing teams on promotions to generate leads and drive conversions, and perform general admin tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Daily tasks include handling of customer enquiries, request pricing from suppliers, preparation & follow up on sales quotations, and checking of all sales orders received
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order deliveries and prompt resolution to customer requests
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Support product and marketing team on their sales promotions and campaigns to drive leads and sales conversion.
• Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned
