Job summary

The role focuses on maintaining relationships and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing orders, handling inquiries, and supporting price comparisons.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales administration or customer support is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders and related sales documents.
• Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups for daily sales operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
• Call leads and follow up on customer requests.
• Support existing customer accounts and inquiries.
• Assist price comparisons and cost analyses as needed.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and retention.
• Follow up on requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as instructed by team leader.
