Job summary

MODERN CURTAINS & LIGHTINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated sales/support professional in Singapore to maintain an organized, up-to-date customer database and support daily client interactions.

You will assist the Director in upholding excellent customer care, address concerns promptly, and gather market intelligence on customers, competitors, and industry trends to inform business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Must possess at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and PR skills.
• Excellent sales track records.
• Team oriented and dynamic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date Customer Database with essential contact information and other relevant details.
• Assist the Director in maintaining a high standard of customer care, addressing concerns promptly, and adapting to changes in customer needs or circumstances.
• Contribute to market intelligence by gathering information on customers, competitors, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and business development initiatives.
