BEAUTIFUL CURTAIN PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to drive sales at showrooms and events, provide excellent service, and process orders accurately. You will support team targets and maintain appealing displays to enhance the customer journey.

Ideal candidates have availability for weekends and public holidays, basic MS Office skills, and prior experience in retail or consumer sales. Strong English communication is preferred to engage customers effectively.

Qualifikationen

• Engage customers proactively at events to explain product features
• Assist customers on product options, pricing and promotions to close sales
• Record and process sales orders and customer details accurately
• Maintain tidy, welcoming display areas and showrooms
• Follow guidance from Sales Supervisor to achieve KPIs
• Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the team

• Advise customers on product options, pricing, and promotions to meet their needs and close sales effectively
• Record and process sales orders, customer details, and documentation accurately following company standards
• Maintain tidy and welcoming display areas and showrooms to enhance customer experience
• Follow guidance from the Sales Supervisor to achieve individual and team KPIs
• Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the team to improve sales strategies
