Qualifications

• Customer service experience with parents or students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for parents and students.
• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and walk-ins.
• Recommend suitable programmes based on students' needs.
• Manage enrolments, transfers, withdrawals and payments.
• Maintain accurate student records.
• Prepare reports and administrative documents.
• Coordinate class schedules.
• Support teachers and daily centre operations.
• Ensure smooth communication across departments.
• Assist with workshops, seminars and centre events.
• Follow up with prospective parents.
• Support promotional activities.
