Job summary

JUST HIRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic sales professional for a 1-year contract based in Novena.

You will promote and sell unsecured personal loans, actively telemarket the Bank's products to customers, and work toward achieving individual sales targets. This role requires a self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with quotas and potential overtime. About the role

This is a 1-year contract (renewable/convertible) position based in Novena, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm. You will promote and sell unsecured personal loans, actively telemarket the Bank's products to customers, and work towards achieving individual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell unsecured personal loans
• Achieve individual sales targets
• Actively telemarket the Bank's products to customers to generate sales revenue
• Call company provided leads or customers
• Adhere to professional standards of behaviour and conduct in dealing with customers and fellow staff
• Continuously think ahead and help develop solutions to emerging problems
• Continuously suggest ways of improving the team as a whole
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

About you

• Possess at least Secondary School "N" Levels
• Good communication skills
• Self-starter, independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with quotas or sales targets
• Able to commit to overtime if needed
• Relevant sales/acquisition experience with a proven track record is an added advantage
• Passion and drive to launch sales career to the next level
