Job summary

D L Resources Pte Ltd's Portfolio Sales Team is a focused telesales unit in Singapore, promoting unsecured banking products to existing customers. The role centers on outbound calls to generate new unsecured loan sales and to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

The package includes a basic monthly salary plus commissions and performance bonuses, with work hours from Monday to Friday and potential overtime. The position is based in Novena.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to existing customers to acquire new unsecured loan sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Possess a sales-focused attitude with a willingness to service customers.
• Recommend and persuade customers with regards to unsecured retail banking products.
• Follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.
• 5 days’ work week, with overtime applicable whenever required by Management.

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break).
• Overtime, if applicable: Monday to Friday, 7:15pm to 8:30pm.
• Overtime, if applicable: Saturday, 10:00am to 2:00pm.
• Working location: Novena.
