Job summary

AG Acquisition Management Pte Ltd is seeking a sales-driven individual to join a bank branch team, engaging potential clients and handling enquiries about credit cards and personal loans. You will promote suitable cards after understanding client spend habits and support loan applications.

We value strong communication and basic self-management, with training provided and a clear path to career progression as the team expands. Selected candidates will undergo training and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Good communication skill (intermediate).
• Self management skill (basic).
• Minimum 3 GCE ‘N’ levels pass including maths.
• Will be attached to a bank branch.

Responsibilities

• Speak to customers performing transactions at bank branches.
• Promote suitable cards after understanding spend habits.
• Promote personal loans for consideration.
• Handle enquiries and objections on credit cards or personal loans.
• Assist with credit card or personal loan applications.
• Self-manage toward own goals, including emotion control amid rejections.
• Ensure compliance with bank security processes.

Job description

We are looking for sales driven individual to be part of the team. The ideal candidate will need good communication skill to speak to any potential client coming into bank branch, handle their enquiries and objections about personal loan or credit card.

Responsibilities

• Speaking to customer doing transaction at bank branch
• Promoting suitable card for consideration after understanding their spend habits
• Promoting personal loan for consideration
• Handling their enquiries and objection on credit card or personal loan
• Assisting with their credit card or personal loan application
• Self manage toward own goal, including emotion control as might get numerous rejections
• Ensure compliance to bank's security processes

Requirements / Core Skills

• Good communication skill (intermediate)
• Self management skill (basic)
• Minimum 3 GCE ‘N’ levels pass including maths
• Will be attached to a bank branch

Benefits

• Salary: $2100 with high uncapped commission (gross up to 5K with comm)
• Career progression to team lead position when the team expand or has a job opening in future

Selected candidate(s) will undergo training.
