SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales professional to promote and sell banking credit facilities at our Novena location. You will actively engage customers, meet sales targets, and contribute to team growth while maintaining professional conduct.

The role requires passion for sales, a proven track record, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Overtime flexibility is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School "O" Levels.
• Relevant sales/acquisition experience with a proven track record is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter and independent.

Responsabilités

• Promote & sell Credit facilities (e.g., Fee Waiver, Card Activation, Customer Engagement).
• To achieve individual sales targets.
• Adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct with customers and staff.
• Think ahead and help develop solutions to emerging problems.
• Suggest ways to improve the team.
• Actively tele-market the Bank's products to generate sales revenue.
• Call company-provided leads or customers.
• Cross-sell personal loans.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Promote & sell Credit facilities (such as Fee Waiver OR Card Activation OR Customer Engagement)
• To achieve individual sales targets
• To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers and fellow staff
• To continuously think ahead and help to develop solutions to emerging problems
• To continuously suggest ways in improving the team as a whole
• To actively tele-market the Bank's products to customers to generate sales revenue
• To call company provided leads or customers.
• To cross sell personal loans
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Self-starter, independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with Quotas or Sales Targets
• Able to commit to Overtime if needed
