Job summary

The Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) is seeking a program administrator to oversee the Culture Pass scheme. You will manage end‑to‑end evaluation, approvals, and records to uphold integrity and consistency across applications.

Responsibilities include developing assessment rubrics, improving processes, and coordinating with internal teams for data governance and reporting. This is a 2-year contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• At least 6–8 years of relevant experience in programme administration, policy implementation, or grant management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to accuracy in managing workflows and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with stakeholder management in the arts and heritage sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full life cycle of Culture Pass applications from receipt to approval and notification, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Review and assess applications against eligibility criteria, escalating where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain assessment frameworks, rubrics, and guidelines for consistency and fairness.
