Job summary

The Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) invites applications for a Programme Administrator to join the Culture Pass Office. You will oversee the end-to-end assessment and governance of applications from arts and heritage groups, ensuring timely approvals and accurate records.

You will design and refine assessment frameworks, coordinate meetings, and provide secretariat support to the Culture Pass Office.

Qualifications

6–8 years of relevant experience in programme administration, policy implementation, or grant management.
Experience in process improvement or system design is an advantage.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with stakeholder management in arts and heritage is a plus.
2-year contract with potential for extension or confirmation.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full life cycle of Culture Pass applications from receipt to approval and notification, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
Review applications against eligibility criteria and escalate complex cases.
Develop and maintain assessment frameworks, rubrics, and guidelines for consistency and fairness.
Design, implement, and improve systems and workflows to support the assessment process.
Prepare regular reports and summaries on assessment outcomes for management.
Provide secretariat support and coordinate agendas and notes for meetings.
Maintain accurate records of applications, assessments, decisions, and approvals.
