Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a high-volume central kitchen chef with supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency in various cooking styles and usage of large scale cooking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Ensure dishes follow SOPs.
• Train and supervise catering team for efficiency and quality.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.
• Collaborate with Vegetable and Meat Departments for smooth workflow.
• Assist in new product development, recipe testing, and menu innovation.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required by management.
