Job summary

Ampol's CTRM Transformation internship offers hands-on exposure to a large technology program in a fast-paced trading and shipping environment. You will rotate across CTRM workstreams and support the PMO.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, CS, Data or Finance, with an interest in AI and process improvement. Strong communication and teamwork are essential as you help drive automation and build dashboards.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, CS, Data or Finance.
• Strong interest in technology, AI and digital transformation.
• Curiosity and ability to learn in complex environments.
• Experience with group projects, internships or university initiatives involving tech or data.

Responsibilities

• Rotation across CTRM project workstreams.
• Support CTRM PMO and project teams across Delivery, Process, Change & Training, Governance.
• Learn how trading, risk and finance systems interact across the trade lifecycle.
• Coordinate projects, track milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, action registers and trackers.
• Assist with meeting coordination and status updates.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through technology or automation.
• Contribute to dashboards and data reporting.
