- Ability to communicate clearly in English and work with multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Study existing processes and identify areas to automate or improve.
- Map workflows and document business requirements for improvements.
- Analyze data using Excel to identify patterns and opportunities.
- Explore digital tools, automation and AI applications for business problems.
- Assist in researching solutions, vendors and industry practices.
- Support development and testing of new digital solutions and prototypes.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations for management.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT and Digital teams on initiatives.
