Job summary

Kerry Consulting is partnering with a world-leading global enterprise to hire a senior leader who will manage a high-performing CTRM/ETRM team. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, analytics, and BI across multiple international trading hubs.

The role requires 8+ years in commodities trading analysis, strong project leadership, and stakeholder management across regions. You will drive AI-driven productivity initiatives and robust risk management across platforms.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in business analysis within commodities trading, metals, energy, oil and gas, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed in the qualifications.
• Strong understanding of CTRM platforms and the physical trading lifecycle.
• Proven ability to run project management and business analysis activities; analytics and BI tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CTRM/ETRM delivery including trade capture, position and PnL reporting, logistics, invoicing, and finance interfaces.
• Act as a partner to trading and corporate functions, overseeing analytics, BI, and reporting while guiding team members, consultants, and vendors.
• Drive phased global CTRM planning for international entities and champion AI-enabled productivity use cases.
• Strengthen visibility of trading performance, risk, and operational controls across multiple markets.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Manage a team and lead end-to-end CTRM/ETRM delivery, project management, business analysis and support, covering trade capture, position and PnL reporting, logistics, invoicing, and finance interfaces. Acting as a trusted digital business partner to trading and corporate functions, you will oversee analytics, BI, and reporting oversight while guiding team members, consultants, and vendors to ensure stable, controlled, and usable solutions. Furthermore, you will champion phased global CTRM planning for international entities, drive AI-enabled productivity use cases, and strengthen visibility of trading performance, risk, and operational controls across a complex multi-market ecosystem.

You will bring your experience of:

• 8 years of experience in business analysis within commodities trading, metals, energy, oil and gas, or financial services, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. You possess a strong understanding of CTRM platforms and the physical trading lifecycle, proven ability to run project management and business analysis activities, and hands-on working knowledge of analytics and BI tools such as Power BI, SQL, or data warehouses. A resilient and self-driven leader, you bring strong people management capabilities, vendor governance experience, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to operate effectively across regions and time zones.
