We are a technology-driven company specializing in high-performance dyes, functional pigments, and innovative application technologies. We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with strong strategic vision and deep technical expertise. The CTO will oversee technology roadmap planning, R&D system development, project management, and technical team leadership—driving continuous innovation in dye chemistry, green manufacturing, and functional materials.

主要职责｜Key Responsibilities

• 制定公司技术发展战略，包括染料合成、工艺优化、绿色环保技术及应用开发方向。
  Develop the company’s technology strategy covering dye synthesis, process optimization, green manufacturing, and application development.
• 领导和管理研发团队，建立规范的研发流程与质量保障体系。
  Lead and manage the R&D team, establishing standardized research processes and quality systems.
• 负责重大研发项目的立项、技术路线设计、进度控制和风险评估。
  Oversee key R&D projects, including project initiation, technical planning, progress monitoring, and risk assessment.
• 推动分散染料、活性染料、酸性染料、功能染料等新型材料的研发与产业化。
  Drive the development and commercialization of new dye materials, including disperse, reactive, acid, and functional dyes.
• 与生产团队协作，完成工艺放大、试生产与技术优化。
  Collaborate with production teams on process scale-up, pilot trials, and technical improvement.
• 跟踪行业前沿技术，在环保染料、生物基染料、助剂等领域实现创新突破。
  Track industry trends and achieve breakthroughs in eco-friendly dyes, bio-based dyes, auxiliaries, and related fields.
• 参与技术合作、科研项目申报及对外技术交流。
  Support technical partnerships, government project applications, and external collaborations.
• 指导知识产权布局，包括专利申请与核心技术保护。
  Oversee intellectual property strategy, including patent planning and core technology protection.

任职要求｜Qualifications

• 化学、化工、染料化学、材料科学或相关专业硕士及以上学历（博士优先）。
  Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Dye Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields (Ph.D. preferred).
• 10年以上染料/颜料或化工行业研发经验，5年以上技术管理经验。
  10+ years of R&D experience in dyes/pigments or fine chemicals, with at least 5 years in technical management.
• 熟悉染料合成路线、工艺优化、环保要求及行业相关标准。
  Strong knowledge of dye synthesis, process optimization, environmental compliance, and relevant industry standards.
• 具备推动研发项目成功产业化的实际经验。
  Proven track record in successfully commercializing R&D projects.
• 擅长团队管理、战略规划与跨部门协作。
  Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• 具有强烈的创新精神，对行业趋势敏锐。
  Highly innovative, with strong awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• 优秀的中英文能力，尤其需要读写中文，与讲中文的同事及合作伙伴交流。
  Excellent bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, with strong reading and writing skills in Chinese. Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking colleagues and partners is required.
