Job summary

SUTD Academy is seeking a senior finance operations leader for the Corporate Services Unit. You will oversee financial administration, funding management, and governance for CET activities, ensuring accurate reporting and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 8–10 years in finance operations, corporate services, financial administration or related functions, including supervisory experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in financial operations, reconciliation, management reporting and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling large financial datasets.
• Experience with ERP and enterprise systems; knowledge of CET funding administrations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSU day-to-day operations including billing, collections, receivables and payables.
• Oversee CET financial and management reporting, including I&E, revenue and expenditure monitoring.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning and variance analysis.
• Oversee CET funding administration, including SWDA claims, TPGateway submissions and audits.
• Ensure transactions reconciled across TMS/iLEAP, SAP and other records with proper documentation.
• Establish and maintain financial and operational controls and audit trails.
• Champion use and improvement of systems supporting CSU operations and end-to-end workflows.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work.
• Lead and develop CSU team, setting priorities and service standards.
