Job summary

Parkway Hospitals Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Assistant Manager, CSSD, to oversee the daily operations of the Central Sterilisation Services Department, ensuring efficient sterilisation delivery and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

You will lead a team of supervisors and technicians, drive continuous improvements, manage budgeting and reporting, and collaborate with clinical and support departments to meet operational needs in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–5 years of healthcare operations experience, preferably CSSD/related.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CSSD operations to ensure service excellence and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and technicians.
• Monitor departmental performance and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues and service gaps.
• Collaborate with clinical and support departments to meet operational needs.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and cost optimisation efforts.
• Prepare management reports and maintain accurate departmental documentation.
• Participate in hospital and group-level projects and initiatives.
