You will lead a team of supervisors and technicians, drive continuous improvements, manage budgeting and reporting, and collaborate with clinical and support departments to meet operational needs in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–5 years of healthcare operations experience, preferably CSSD/related.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of sterilisation services, maintaining quality and regulatory standards, leading a team of staff, and driving continuous operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CSSD operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and technicians.
• Monitor departmental performance and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues and service gaps.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and support departments to meet operational needs.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and cost optimisation efforts.
• Prepare management reports and maintain accurate departmental documentation.
• Participate in hospital and group-level projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant healthcare operations experience, preferably in CSSD, Operating Theatre, or healthcare support services.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Working Hours:

• Mon to Thu: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
• Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
