Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive for Crypto/Stablecoins in Singapore to drive growth across SMBs and digital businesses. You’ll blend sales discipline with technical insight to lead deep product discussions with customers and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and GTM teams.

You will build and manage a robust APAC pipeline, tailor Stripe’s solutions to customer needs, and help shape market strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Experience in establishing trusted advisory relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to foster strong collaborative interactions with cross-functional business partners.
• Autonomous, proactive approach to driving significant business outcomes.
• Enthusiastic, hands-on mentality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend complex technical requirements and develop solutions engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading complex negotiations involving customized commercial agreements.
• Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• True team player always embracing collaboration and enablement of Stripe Crypto products to the rest of the Stripe organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and acquire new clients among SMBs, startups, and digital-savvy businesses.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with proactive outreach to build a strong stablecoin pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with current and potential stablecoin customers.
• Attain a deep understanding of the sales process and competitors in Crypto/Stablecoins space; serve as an internal and external expert.
• Establish relationships with key partners across APAC (GCN, SEA, SK, Japan, Singapore, Australia, and others).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to convey customer feedback and inform Stripe’s roadmap.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies with product, marketing, sales, and technical services teams.
• Collaborate across the organization to tailor Stripe’s products and solutions to customer needs.
