Job summary
Gravity Team Ltd., a quantitative proprietary trading firm, seeks an experienced OTC Trader to own the crypto/fiat spot trading vertical and deliver immediate PnL impact.
You will develop strategies, build predictive models, and manage the OTC pipeline across multiple exchanges, enhancing hedging and settlement.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in spot trading or OTC desks, strong Python skills, and familiarity with market microstructure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of spot trading, OTC desks, or proprietary trading experience.
- Experience in fiat market making, OTC settlement, or spot trading.
- Hands-on crypto/fiat OTC trading and deliverable settlement.
- Strong grasp of hedging, fiat settlement flows, and asset rebalancing across venues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate trading strategies for crypto/fiat OTC spot markets.
- Build and optimize predictive models and signals for execution, hedging, and post-trade analysis.
- Execute and manage spot arbitrage trades through to deliverable settlement.
- Own the OTC trading pipeline from rate tracking and quoting logic to monitoring and deployment.
- Collaborate on improving fiat hedging and OTC settlement logic across banking rails and crypto venues.
- Analyze market microstructure and execution performance to improve Sharpe and reduce slippage.
- Help evolve asset allocation logic across 30+ exchanges and OTC counterparties daily.
- Manage counterparty relationships and credit lines to ensure efficient settlement and minimize risk.
