Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative trading firm seeking an operations professional to support crypto market workflows, reconciliations, and process improvements. The role is based in NYC with hybrid work options and global reach.

The candidate should have 3–5+ years in capital markets or crypto operations, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and excellent communication. Attractive benefits accompany a dynamic, results-driven team.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields; CFA a plus
• 3-5+ years experience in capital markets or crypto operations
• Strong communication skills
• High-level MS Excel knowledge with Vlookup, Pivot Tables, and conditional statements
• Experience with workflow management software such as JIRA
• Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

• Scope new processes with stakeholders, troubleshoot ad-hoc problems, and propose improvements for crypto market operations
• Daily affirmation and reconciliation of position and cash activity to minimize risk
• Monitor and report daily PnL for various markets to senior management
• Investigate queries from trading desks and other departments
• Build business intelligence reports for management
• Collaborate with trading and support teams on daily operational issues
• This is a full-time weekend support role with Saturday/Sunday coverage
• Two consecutive rest days scheduled on weekdays
