Job summary

BIT is seeking a fresh graduate to support day-to-day operations of RWA products and assist in building SOPs for asset lifecycle management. You will work closely with product, compliance and custody teams to ensure smooth execution of processes and contribute to identifying inefficiencies.

The role emphasizes strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to follow SOP-driven workflows, with comfortable use of Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Mathematics / Statistics / Business Analytics / Finance or related fields.
• Strong logical and structured thinking.
• Able to understand and follow operational workflows (SOP-driven).
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of RWA products (e.g., mint, redemption, reconciliation)
• Assist in building and maintaining SOPs for asset lifecycle management
• Work closely with product/compliance / custody teams to ensure smooth execution
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose improvements
• Perform basic data tracking and analysis to support operations decisions
