Job summary

Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative trading firm with a global footprint. This role supports day-to-day trading operations, engages with crypto exchanges and liquidity venues, and builds relationships with brokers and custodians to enable efficient market access.

Based in Singapore with hybrid opportunities, the position values Mandarin proficiency, strong communication, and a keen interest in trading technology. Team collaboration and independence are both essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience at a financial institution including crypto exchanges.
• Experience with crypto market structure including commodity and equity perps.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and a strong attention to detail.
• A strong work ethic and demonstrated capacity to work independently.
• Keen interest in systematic trading and trading technology.
• Ability to work across disciplines and quickly transition from one project to another.

Responsibilities

• Helping support the day-to-day business operations of Tower’s trading alongside internal teams, including Core Engineering, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Risk
• Expanding Tower’s participation on various crypto exchanges and liquidity venues
• Managing relationships with crypto exchanges, lenders, brokers, and custodians, including overseeing exchange relationships and participation in various liquidity programs
• Executing strategic priorities for Tower’s business, market trends and competitive intelligence research
• Organizing administrative records necessary to support trading activity
• Completing other tasks as assigned by senior business managers and management
