Aufgaben

• Collaborate with trading and support teams on daily operational issues
• This is a full-time weekend support role with Saturday/Sunday coverage
• Two consecutive rest days scheduled on weekdays

Responsibilities

• Work with different stakeholders to scope new processes, troubleshoot ad-hoc problems, and propose continuous improvements for existing operational tasks related to crypto markets globally which includes but is not limited to account maintenance, collateral and position management and accurate book keeping of coins on all crypto exchanges.
• Daily affirmation and reconciliation of position and cash activity, minimizing operational risk and maximizing straight-through processing.
• Monitoring and reporting of daily PnL for various markets to senior management.
• Investigating and resolving of queries raised by trading desks, other departments, and counterparties.
• Building business intelligence reports regarding operational activities for management.
• Work with different trading and support teams for daily operational issues and documenting procedures.
• This is a full-time weekend support role that requires availability and active coverage on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Minimum of two consecutive rest days will be scheduled during weekdays.

Location: Tower’s headquarters are in the historic Equitable Building, right in the heart of NYC’s Financial District and our impact is global, with over a dozen offices around the world.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or other related fields; CFA a plus
• 3-5+ years of experience in capital markets or crypto operations
• Strong communication skills
• High-level MS Excel knowledge is a must, as is comfort with Vlookups, Pivot Tables, and conditional statements
• Experience with workflow management software, such as JIRA
• The desire for a fast-paced environment and "to wear multiple hats"
