Binance is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our affiliate team for a 6 month opportunity, focusing on managing an expanding network of affiliates. The role involves collaborating with prominent KOLs to ensure effective promotional efforts and liaising with internal departments to provide assets and tools to attract more users.

The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or public relations, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Direct interest in affiliate marketing and business development
• Familiarity with crypto space is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with media, influencers, or key partners preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus
• Proactive, responsible, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Grow affiliate network through outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, and partners
• Assist in negotiations, onboarding, and documentation for new affiliates
• Manage key affiliate accounts with regular communications and performance analyses
• Contribute to promotional campaigns to maximize ROI
• Build reports using internal data to optimize affiliate channel performance
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies
• Support fraud detection within the affiliate network

The role requires proficiency in using in-house tools, necessitating quick learning and collaboration with developers to enhance systems and interfaces, resolve issues, and conduct comprehensive analyses of existing data.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in growing the affiliate network through outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, and other potential partners

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding or strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development
• Familiarity with the crypto space is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with media, influencers, or key partners
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
