You will coordinate with government agencies, private sector stakeholders, and consultants to drive planning, approvals, and design workshops for a future cruise infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Good analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Building Development / Project Management, Urban Planning/Design, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in drafting and preparing tender documents and contracting, managing budgets and project costs for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Some knowledge of the Cruise industry is a good to have, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and drive the planning of the ICFT project, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Work with external consultants to ensure timely development of Cruise infrastructure, including approvals and design workshops.
