Job summary

GovTech Singapore invites an experienced project officer to contribute to planning the Integrated Cruise and Ferry Terminal (ICFT). You will coordinate with government agencies and consultants to drive planning and potential execution.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, 5+ years in building development, project management or urban planning, and experience drafting tender documents and managing budgets for large infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking demonstrated by identifying, analysing and synthesising information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in Building Development / Project Management, Urban Planning/Design with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in drafting and preparing tender documents and contracting, and in managing budgets and costs for large infrastructure projects; government procurement experience preferred.
• Some knowledge of the Cruise industry is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and drive the planning of the potential Integrated Cruise and Ferry Terminal (ICFT).
• Work with government agencies and external consultants to ensure timely development of cruise infrastructure and obtain necessary approvals.
