Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a finance professional to support structuring and execution of trade financing solutions across Asia.

You will work on cross-border financing transactions, manage banking relationships, and help design financing structures supporting physical commodity flows. Responsibilities include negotiating facilities, coordinating with credit, legal, trading and compliance teams, and ensuring timely transaction execution with external lenders and advisers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Law or related discipline.
• 6–10 years in structured trade finance, commodity finance or corporate banking.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate and execute bilateral facilities with banking partners across Asia.
• Support structured financing arrangements (term loans, borrowing base, inventory/receivables financing).
• Prepare and negotiate term sheets, facility agreements and security docs with external counsel.
• Coordinate workstreams across internal teams and external lenders/advisers.
• Monitor covenants, drawdowns and facility administration.
