The Land Transport Authority (LTA) invites applications for Deputy/Assistant Manager, Cross Border Rail Regulation. You will join the Cross Border Rail Regulation division overseeing safety and security regulatory matters for cross-border rail projects such as RTS Link and supporting domestic rail lines.

You will participate in developing regulatory requirements, monitoring operator performance, analyzing reports, conducting audits, and supporting data-driven reliability computations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Engineering.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and resourceful in policy and operations matters.
• Good time management to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Leadership experience in rail systems is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and review bilateral regulatory requirements for cross-border train services.
• Monitor operators’ performance, analyze regulatory reports, and verify safety.
• Assist in rail reliability computations and data.
• Verify operator submissions and perform audits.
