Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to drive the growth and innovation of Cross-Border Payments and Transaction FX within Global Transaction Banking. The role includes end-to-end product management, strategy, profitability, and customer experience, with a secondary focus on e-Invoicing for SMEs to deepen engagement and strengthen cash management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in transaction banking, cash management, payments, FX and/or treasury services.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payment ecosystems, SWIFT, correspondent banking, and payment rails.
• Experience managing product development, commercialization, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Cross-Border Payments and Transaction FX product portfolio, including performance, revenue growth, profitability, and adoption.
• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with transaction banking objectives.
• Identify market opportunities through insights, analytics, and trends.
• Define value propositions, business cases, and commercialization strategies for launches and enhancements.
• Lead pricing, fee structures, and profitability optimization across customer segments.
• Monitor product performance and customer behaviour to drive improvements.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
• Collaborate with Sales, RM, Client Services, Ops, Tech, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance and Marketing.
