Job summary

Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking (Crédit Agricole CIB) in Singapore’s ISAP hub seeks a proactive Business Analyst to translate business needs into effective IT solutions. You will work with product owners, developers, and architects to define requirements and ensure regulatory reporting readiness, while enhancing data processes and governance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, financial product knowledge, and experience with data analysis and SQL.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong communication to bring consensus on requirements.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial products & regulatory reporting is ideal.
• Knowledge of MIFID2/SFTR/EMIR or APAC regulatory reporting principles desirable.
• Experience with capital market processes (Pricing, Sales/Trader workflow) is beneficial.
• Exposure to microservices architecture, Kibana, Collibra is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent documentation capabilities.
• Proficiency with data queries (SQL/Oracle/Sybase, T-SQL).
• Knowledge of FPML & XML/XSLT/XPath would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools for analysis with guardrails is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive business analysis to provide solutions for business needs.
• Collaborate with project team (PO, developers, architects, BAs) to deliver requirements and improve processes.
• Define requirements and artifacts around application development or enhancements.
• Specify business rules for regulatory reporting and business operations.
• Perform functional design and testing of solutions.
• Maintain best practices around bank data dictionaries.
• Interact with developers to define implementation specs.
• Coordinate with other IT teams to discuss Data services.
• Assist daily operations through scrum, Jira and Kanban.
