Job summary

CHANEL Singapore Fragrance & Beauty Division Marketing is seeking a dynamic assistant to support CRM and e-business client journeys, translating campaigns into seamless customer experiences across CRM communications and digital content on CHANEL.com.

Reporting to the Ebiz/Client Engagement Manager, you will drive monthly CRM campaigns, event activations, banner/PDP updates, and cross‑functional collaboration to uphold CHANEL's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury retail or agency.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a client-centric mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare briefs and assets for monthly CRM campaigns.
• Support rollout of CRM projects and client journeys across channels.
• Coordinate Salesforce automation campaigns for product launches and events.
• Assist with CRM setup for client events and activations.
• Lead updates for Chanel.com including translations and content refresh.
• Ensure timely replenishment of CRM gifts for retail stores.
