Job summary

CHANEL Singapore invites you to join the Fragrance & Beauty Division Marketing team to drive the operational execution of client events and digital-marketing content, ensuring every client interaction reflects CHANEL’s elevated experience.

You will coordinate event delivery on-site, support content updates for Chanel.com and e-retailers, manage translations, RSVP invites and on-brand digital assets, and collaborate with internal teams, talents and vendors in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related discipline.
• Relevant experience or interest in event coordination, client experience, marketing operations, retail or digital-content management.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day executional coordinator for client events.
• Ensure elevated, seamless client experience at events.
• Coordinate translations across Chanel Fragrance & Beauty axes.
• Support iShopChangi banner and content updates.
• Ensure digital assets are updated accurately and on time.
