Job summary

Baker Tilly Singapore is seeking motivated individuals to join our corporate advisory team. You will manage a portfolio of corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements, liaise with clients, creditors, and regulators, and gain exposure to crisis management and other advisory assignments.

Fresh graduates are welcome; excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment and to serve diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements, including liquidations, judicial management, schemes of arrangement, and personal bankruptcy cases.
• Liaise with clients, creditors, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate resolution of engagements.
• Gain exposure to crisis management and other corporate advisory engagements and ad hoc assignments.
• Demonstrate versatility and a proactive approach to client management and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Work accurately under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
