Job summary

RSM International in Singapore seeks a junior to mid-level assistant to support corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements, including liquidation, receivership, judicial management, schemes of arrangement, and debt restructuring.

You will draft letters and reports, manage books and records, assist in creditor claims and realisations, gather information from sources, and liaise with stakeholders. Degree in Accountancy/Law ISCA-recognised is required; 0–3 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Law or ISCA-recognised qualification.
• 0–3 years of insolvency, restructuring or external audit experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Team player with good collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare draft letters, notices, emails and reports.
• Secure and safekeep books and records.
• Take control of property and assets and realise debt.
• Gather information from books and third parties.
• Adjudicate creditors' claims.
• Assist in financial reviews and restructuring proposals.
• Liaise with stakeholders and creditors.
• Attend client/creditor meetings and prepare minutes.
