Job summary

Baker Tilly Singapore is seeking a proactive Corporate Restructuring Analyst to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of engagements, liaise with clients, creditors, and regulators, and help resolve matters arising from engagements.

The role offers exposure to crisis management and corporate advisory work, requires strong communication and client relationship skills, and welcomes fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements, including liquidations, judicial management, schemes of arrangement, and personal bankruptcy cases.
• Liaise with clients, creditors, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve matters arising from engagements.
• Gain exposure to crisis management, other corporate advisory engagements, and ad hoc assignments.
• Demonstrate versatility and a proactive approach to client management and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities with strong interpersonal communication.
