Job summary

ARSLAN SRS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Crisis Response Analyst to triage, monitor global events, and oversee Crisis Response systems. You will assess incidents using SOPs, gather timely information, and prepare briefs for leadership while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with open-source data, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Marina area, Singapore, with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the listed fields.
• Proven analytical thinking and open-source research skills.
• Ability to write clear and concise incident assessments and reports.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in disaster response or crisis management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open source platforms to analyze global events and assess impact on assets and users.
• Track forecasts and ongoing conflicts for threats to platform users.
• Conduct damage assessments for disasters.
• Communicate Safety Check activations to cross-functional partners.
• Prepare operational briefs for leadership.
• Develop forecast reports on emerging global threats.
• Identify questionable content and take appropriate actions.
• Work on special projects related to procedures, workflow, and crisis data analyses.
