Job summary

OpenAI is seeking experienced Trust, Safety & Risk Operations analysts for a 24/7 global role based in Singapore. You will triage, triage and resolve urgent cases while coordinating across Legal, Policy, Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market teams.

This role emphasizes policy enforcement, risk mitigation, and operational improvements. You will work in a hybrid model with 3 days in the Singapore office per week and relocation assistance for new employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in trust & safety, content moderation, investigations, fraud, or developer risk operations.
• Experience in incident response, escalations management, or law enforcement response is a plus.
• Ability to scale operations and build cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve high-priority cases across harm and risk areas in line with policy and legal requirements.
• Operate across multiple systems to manage user reports, escalations, and investigations.
• Act as incident manager for escalations requiring policy, legal, or regulatory interpretation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Conduct quality reviews and provide feedback to global teams.
• Analyze trends and generate insights to inform policy or product changes.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekends.
