Job summary

Enterprise Singapore is seeking a capable professional to lead the Logistics Sector Resilience effort within the Whole-of-Government framework. You will analyze risks to Singapore's logistics ecosystem, design and run exercises, and develop activation plans with clear triggers.

The role collaborates with public service colleagues and industry partners to strengthen preparedness and response across disruptions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Public Policy, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and research skills; ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of briefing senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resilience posture of Singapore's logistics ecosystem using indicators and activation mechanisms.
• Map and develop capabilities to address structural and emerging vulnerabilities in the logistics ecosystem.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with public and private stakeholders to strengthen crisis preparedness.
