DIVETECH OFFSHORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Crewing Executive to manage crew changes, coordinate logistics, and ensure project staffing with qualified personnel.

You will monitor licenses and offshore certifications, keep accurate records, and support welfare, payroll, and issue resolution while collaborating with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years offshore project crewing experience.
• Diploma in Business Administration or HR.
• Strong offshore requirements knowledge (Diving & ROV) and crewing software.
• Detail-oriented, calm under pressure and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Crew Planning & Deployment: Coordinate crew mobilization, demobilization, flight bookings, visas, and accommodation.
• Compliance & Certification: Monitor project personnel licenses, training matrices, and mandatory offshore certifications.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date crew databases, contracts, and personal records.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise smoothly with Project Team, Clients for all project personnel requirements
• Welfare & Support: Handle crew queries, monitor well-being, and assist with payroll or dispute resolution

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Crewing Executive to join our operations team. You will manage crew changes ,coordinate logistics, and ensure that project requirements are fully manned with qualified, certified personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Planning & Deployment: Coordinate crew mobilization, demobilization, flight bookings, visas, and accommodation.
• Compliance & Certification: Monitor project personnel licenses, training matrices, and mandatory offshore certifications.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date crew databases, contracts, and personal records.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise smoothly with Project Team, Clients for all project personnel requirements
• Welfare & Support: Handle crew queries, monitor well-being, and assist with payroll or dispute resolution

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum [1–3] years of experience in offshore project crewing
• Education: Diploma in Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of offshore requirements (Diving & ROV) and crewing software. Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
