ROLE OVERVIEW:

The team is responsible for the physical setup and smooth execution of events. This role involves hands-on work with event infrastructure, primarily indoors, and occasional ad‑hoc assignments as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Event setup and teardown: Arrange tables, chairs, stages, carpets, and partitions according to event requirements; ensure all equipment and furniture are safely and neatly installed.
• Logistics support: Assist with moving items and handling general event logistics; carry out ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to support event operations.
