Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Credit/Loan Operations Officer to join our client’s team in Singapore.

Located at Downtown/Shenton and operating Mon–Fri, with office hours and a salary of up to SGD 5,500 per month. You will review loan documents, interpret facility agreements, process utilization requests, disburse funds, and ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements. Responsibilities include handling drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, preparing reports for Head Office, and supporting

Qualifications

• Singaporeans Only
• Minimally 3 years of experience in handling any type of credit documentation and loan administration in banks

Responsibilities

• Review loan and credit facility documents to ensure they meet approved terms and conditions
• Interpret facility agreements and verify that requested transactions are allowed
• Process loan utilization requests for bilateral and syndicated credit facilities
• Ensure facility limits and required conditions are met before loan disbursement
• Handle loan drawdowns, rollovers, principal repayments, and interest payments
• Follow up with Relationship Managers on outstanding documents and matters
• Perform AML and KYC checks in accordance with requirements
• Prepare SWIFT payments for loan disbursements
• Maintain accurate records and proper safekeeping of loan documents
• Process Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC)
• Prepare local, regulatory, and Head Office reports
• Assist with projects and other duties assigned by management
