Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete credit card billings and refunds.
• Handle credit card retrieval requests and chargeback disputes.
• Reconcile billings and refunds against settlements.
• Participate in projects impacting departmental work processes.
• Assist in RFP and contract review with the Commercial and Legal team.
