Bilibili Inc. is building its creator ecosystem in Southeast Asia from the ground up, recruiting and onboarding creators to publish, monetize, and grow on Bilibili.

You will own the end-to-end creator pipeline in your market, forging trust, guiding onboarding, and enabling first content and payouts across designated language regions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, International Business, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in both English; near-native proficiency in the market language (Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Filipino/Tagalog) is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in creator or talent recruitment, creator operations, partnerships, or content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the creator pipeline for the designated SEA market, sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with creators.
• Grow creators on-platform by enabling account creation, publishing, and distribution to reach the China community.
• Localise and inform by translating and adapting product content and guidelines to ensure local relevance and brand consistency.

Job description

Bilibili is building its creator ecosystem in Southeast Asia from the ground up. This is a platform-side role where you recruit creators to build, publish and earn natively on Bilibili. You will own the creator pipeline for your market end-to-end: finding the right creators, winning their trust, onboarding them onto Bilibili's signature surfaces with cross audience reach into Bilibili's China community, helping them on their creator journey to their first content and first payout.

What you'll do

• 1. Build and own the creator pipeline
  • a. Source, recruit, onboard, and maintain long-term relationships with creators in your designated language region, building a strong local creator network on Bilibili. Direct, in-house recruitment is your primary channel.
  • b. Identify and win priority "anchor" creators and grow them into long-term relationships.
  • c. Lead end-to-end, high touch onboaridng and negotiation with tailored cooperation models; serve as the trsuted, long-term point of contact for key creators and instituional partners.
• 2. Grow creators on-platform
  • a. Help creators succeed natively on Bilibili; set them up with account creation, publishing, Bilibili signature sufaces and China-reach distribution and guide them to their first content and first payout.
  • b. Partner with Product and Operations to build content showcases and ensure smooth delivery, strong partner satisfaction, and healthy account growth.
  • c. Track creator and content performance, prepare periodic reports and act on the data to optimise and lift engagement, retention, and content quality.
• 3. Localise and inform
  • a. Contribute to the translation, review and cultural adaptation of product content including interface copy, campaign materials, and community guidelines to ensure lcoal relevance and brand consistency.
  • b. Read the local market, culture, and monitor competitor activity, and feed that intelligance back to Product, Operations, and the wider SEA team, supporting the development of strategies to enhance the localised user experience.

Requirements

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, International Business, or a related field.
• 1. Full professional proficiency in both English. Near native proficiency in your market language is required for daily creator communication and content localisation - Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Filipino/ Tagalog. Language proficiency will be assessed during the interview.
• 2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in creator or talent recruitment, creator operations, partnerships, or content strategy, with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain creator or partner relationships across cultures.
• 3. Strong understanding of your market's creator economy, social-media landscape, and community culture. Existing relationships with local creators, or influencers are a strong plus.
• 4. A proven relationship-builder who enjoys opening new doors, is comfortable representing a brand publicly, and can organise and host events.
• 5. Highly self-driven, process-oriented, analytical and resilient, with the stamina for relationship-led deal cycles and structured, consistent outreach.
• 6. Genuine interest in the digital content industry, ACG, and creator space, with a community mindset and sharp cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• 1. Familiarity with Bilibili or the wider ACG ecosystem.
• 2. Experience working with creators monetise on a platform - subscriptions, tipping/ gifting, or membership.
• 3. An existing network among overseas-Chinese creators, ACG communities, local creators in your market.
