TikTok is offering a Creator Incubation Project Intern (TikTok Shop) position starting in 2027 in Singapore. The role is onsite during livestream sessions and focuses on supporting creator onboarding, campaign execution, and performance analysis within the Creator Incubation Team.

You will work with marketing, operations, and partnerships to drive livestream success and e-commerce growth, while developing practical skills in a fast-paced tech environment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate in marketing, business, or communications.
• Strong interest in livestreaming, creator development, and e-commerce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with talents and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Livestream Support: Provide onsite assistance for livestream sessions, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting technical issues in real-time.
• Creator Onboarding & Incubation: Identify, recruit, and nurture new creators for livestream presence and e-commerce success.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute promotional livestream campaigns with creators and brands to optimize engagement and sales.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key livestream and creator metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Training & Development: Provide insights and best practices to new creators to maximize impact on TikTok Shop.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and partnerships to drive strategic livestream initiatives.
